Quality Control
- Our trained staff carefully inspects and weighs each incoming lot, along with the strict analysis of the product. After completing written quality control reports, all information is faxed to the customer before any production begins. We provide complete production reports during the entire production process, so the customer is informed every step of the way. QC reports assure our customers a superior appearance, proper glazes and honest weights.

- Under the HACCP controls, our staff is responsible for keeping the calibration of scales in check, providing a log of accurate product temperatures along with daily monitoring of all coolers and freezers even though the facility is armed with temperature alarms. We take pride in the proper labeling of packaging and the plant is inspected on a regular basis. Our facility is steam cleaned daily with a foaming agent and then sanitized to ensure a zero bacteria count and spotless processing areas. We also have strict monthly and quarterly sanitation reports on file to comply to all HACCP regulations.
